"Feel the rhythm, Feel the rhyme..."

I for various reasons dislike the Olympics. One of the reasons is that they just flat out bore me and always have. I guess that the Olympics just seem like pointless competions to me. Oh, yeah I'm aware of the line that they supposedly foster a sense of good will between countries, but is that an empirically proven fact? Don't think for a second that I'm saying that the Olympics shouldn't be held, I'm just basically saying that I dislike them I dislike watching them.
