"Please forgive them..."

I saw Hannible Rising last night and thought that it was a fairly decent movie. True, it may not have been the best movie of all times but it's not really as bad as the reviews try to make it out to be. I don't really understand what all the bad reviews surrounding Hannible Rising. Ok, true Anthony Hopkins didn't play Dr. Lector but that shouldn't be surpising since it's set before the movies that he stars in. I only bring that up as an example of what I think may be an objection.
